The book launch will take place on 30 August 2023 at 15:00 in the auditorium of the BCI headquarters in Maputo, Mozambique, with a presentation by Professor Inocêncio Impissa, Vice-Minister of State Administration and Civil Service, entitled "DILEMAS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF POLITICAL-ADMINISTRATIVE DECENTRALISATION IN A CENTRALISED CONTEXT - The Case of Mozambique".
